By accessing or using FetchInvoices ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

FetchInvoices provides an API service that generates professional invoice PDFs from JSON data. The Service includes various subscription plans with different usage limits and features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize recurring charges until you cancel your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate fraudulent or deceptive invoices
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. API Usage and Rate Limits

Your API usage is subject to the limits of your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or temporary suspension of service. We reserve the right to modify rate limits with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by FetchInvoices and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you submit to generate invoices. We do not claim any ownership rights to your data.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FETCHINVOICES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
